One of my favortie hobbies is Photography. Not only does it get you out and about, it also distracts from everyday stresses. Since taking up Photography in 2013 I realised I had a hidden talent, as photography isn't just about pressing the shutter button and taking a decent photo, it's also about an eye for detail and insparation. For example don't just take a photo of a flower looking staright ahead at it, use an angle and never always look for a perfect flower, look for insects and wildlife and slight deseveld petals and raindrops. One of my first photos was of a flower (Not sure what type of flower) but the rain drops give it the little something (see below). My first ever decent photo I took with my very first camera (Fujifilm Finepix S4000) was taken in my Grandmas Garden in the summer of 2013. A beautiful Blue Tit landed on the plum tree and belive it or not but the photo was taken from the kitchen window (see below). In 2015 I treated myself to a brand new SLR camera (Canon EOS 1200D) with this camera I started to get better experiance and higher quilty images., especially in Insects and Macro. I began to enter my photos into compititons and into local papers,  in August 2015 my photo of a Common White Butterfly (See below) made it onto the local news weather report (East Midlands today). I was so happy with this result, it urged me to carry on. Every photo I take is natural and not posed, natural is best. I've now gone into taking photos for other people, for example pets, to the right there is a brief slideshow of some of the adoreable dog's i've captured (both dogs belong to my friends).
